The Printing Association of Florida, at the 21st annual Florida Print Awards, recognized Lauderdale Graphics' quality work through 13 awards.
Lauderdale Graphics received 9 "Best of Category" awards (Announcement & Invitations, Design, Calendars, Packaging/Labels, Booklets, Printer's Self Advertising, Customized/Personalized/ Variable Data-Color, Campaign, Hi-Fidelity Printing) 2 "Award of Excellence" (Menus and Hi-Fidelity Printing) and 1 "Judges Award" (Direct Image Offset Print On Demand). Lauderdale Graphics also received the "Shinohara Tech USA, Inc." trophy for "Best Small Press," as recognition of outstanding work in a category particularly difficult to judge and recognize for the exemplary use of printing processes.
68 companies participated in this year's competition, and as the PAF puts it, "Year after year, the quality of the submissions for the Florida Print Award increases and raises the standard to which they are held. Once again, the judges remarked how they were impressed with the entries submitted by PAF members, and it was increasingly difficult to decide the best of the best. We are excited about the level of excellence among out members and the quality of printing in the State of Florida."
As an added benefit of entering the state awards program, those named "Best of Category" and the trophy winners were automatically sent to the Printing Industries of America's Premier Print Awards competition.
